July 21st - AMMS Begins Early Pre-Production on "Zombie Self-Defense"
AMMS School Owner Jeremy Pollack has agreed to executive produce an interactive theatrical and self-defense series called "Zombie Self-Defense" to begin during the Halloween season. The show-seminar is the brainchild of AMMS Assistant Coach and Actor Jarrett Sleeper, who is writing and co-producing the act.
Preliminary production plans have been established and AMMS is gearing up to present a really unique experience, something never done before in the city, combning real-life self-defense techniques with a humorous and creepy stageplay. The audience will be seminar attendees and will both watch and participate in learning to survive attacks from zombies.
The act will include appearances and instruction from infamous Louisiana zombie hunters, some light pyrotechnics, and perhaps even the presence of a real zombie! A short training manual is also being written and published prior to the show's debut.
