November 7, 2011 - Abner Soares World Champion in No-Gi BJJ
Congratulations to Abner Soares, brother of our BJJ coach Leo Soares. On November 5th, Abner placed 1st in the Super Heavy Purple Belt Division at the World Jiujitsu No-Gi championships. Abner fought like a warrior winning 4 straight matches to become champion. He is now promoted to a brown belt under Coach Leo Soares. Check out his final match below:
