Jarrett has trained in a variety of martial arts throughout his life, starting where he grew up outside and within Chicago, IL with Wrestling, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Fencing, and ending more intensely with Wing Chun Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and "MMA." He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt under Carlson Gracie, Jr. and Jay Valko.
